Developed a comprehensive marketing plan for a business-to-consumer tangible product within Skechers, focusing on a specific footwear category. Conducted in-depth research, applied frameworks, and executed a full strategic analysis—including segmentation, targeting, positioning, competitive assessment, and integrated marketing strategies. Produced this as a capstone-level project intended to serve as a signature piece within my academic portfolio.
