During my time as a Marketing Intern at McDermott + Bull, I support the B2B firm’s branding and digital strategy- across the company's three branches: Executive Search, Interim Leaders, and Activate 180- through a mix of creative content development, campaign execution, and performance analysis. I worked closely with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency across the firm's website and social media platforms, helped craft personalized outreach materials for executive search efforts, and contributed to thought leadership initiatives. I also provide actionable insights to refine our outreach strategies and enhance audience impact.
This experience sharpens my skills in content creation, AI dynamics, social media management, search engine optimization, digital marketing, and project management tools like Canva Pro, Monday.com, Microsoft Suite, Adobe, and Later.

At Versity, I contributed as a Content Marketing Specialist, where I focused on creating and executing data-driven strategies that elevate brand presence and engagement. My work focuses on social media audits, audience analysis, and campaign planning to help startups amplify their marketing impact.
One of my key projects under Versity has been developing the marketing strategy for Nidra Goods, a wellness-focused startup. Along with a team, I led and conducted a comprehensive social media audit and audience analysis to identify growth opportunities, then built a content calendar with campaign themes, posting frequencies, and sample creative assets. The team and I also delivered a comprehensive social media marketing plan, complete with tailored strategies, key performance indicators (KPIs), and optimization recommendations, to enhance online engagement and brand awareness.

In retail leadership at Clarks, most notably as Flagship Store Manager, I managed a $2 million, high-volume, commission-based location. I also took the lead on visual merchandising, shrink reduction, CRM initiatives, and operational strategy, helping position our store as a top performer across the West Coast region.
